Young people

The increasing pressures felt by children today has left many struggling with stress, anxiety, difficult behaviour, unwanted habits, low self esteem and bullying.

The most helpful thing we can do for our children is offer them a new understanding.

When young people understand how their mind works and how their experience is created, they become reconnected with their wellbeing and resilience enabling them to better navigate what comes their way each and every day.

Understanding helps young people to see the wellbeing in others as well as themselves, which creates deeper connections and more tolerant and supportive learning environments.

Understanding uncovers a more resilient next generation.

GROUP PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN

The IHEART (Innate Health Education and Resilience Training) curriculum is a proven preventative educational programme which empowers young people to better manage their behavioural and emotional challenges, instilling within them the confidence that they can realise their unique potential and manage their challenges and difficulties irrespective of circumstances.

IHEART is thoughtfully designed to meet OFSTED and National Curriculum requirements and consists of a mix of interactive discussions, activities, self-reflections, animations, videos and group exercises. The program builds a foundational understanding on how the mind creates all of our realities, feeling states, moods and behaviours and the crucial connection between thought and feelings. It then builds on this to practically address the daily challenges facing young people such as;

·       Stress, worry and anxiety

·       Appreciating difference

·       Understanding bullying and bad behaviour

·       Self-image and identity

·       Using social media without it using you

·       Breaking addictive habits and compulsive behaviour

·       Dissolving the barriers to learning and motivation

·       Dealing with anger and conflict

The results are transformative – and sustainable – offering the missing piece in the mental health and wellbeing puzzle that society wishes to solve by creating a statistically significant positive impact on participants’ mental resilience and wellbeing;

Immersions for young people

This is an opportunity for a young person, accompanied by a parent or care giver, to step away from the day to day of their life whilst immersing themself in a fresh and transformative perspective.

As they grow in their understanding of how their mind works and how their experience is created, the young person will become reconnected with their wellbeing and resilience enabling them to better navigate the challenges that come their way each and every day.

Carving out this time, typically 2-4 days, will create the space for accelerated shifts in a condensed period of time. Whatever experience the young person is having on the inside and whatever challenges they are struggling with on the outside, this immersion offers a strong foundation to apply to any situation they meet from exams and bullying to anxiety and anger.

Held in picturesque North Devon at The Saunton Sands Hotel, Woolacombe Bay Hotel or location of your choice this time will take a young person to a new level of understanding and experience of life.

  • A coaching session prior to your intensive

  • Accommodation at the hotel of your choice

  • Impactful and transformative sessions throughout your immersion

  • 3 coaching sessions post your immersion
